The Need Our client was looking for a sales team to promote their new beauty and skincare range to appeal to a broader consumer base in order to increase it's market share, without isolating their strong, and profitable, current customer base. 

Our Approach We helped develop a new client base for their private label business. We conducted quantitative meetings with new clients, providing a robust, local and international presence. We indentified where the business needed to focus in order to increase future consideration and product desire amongst existing and potential customers of their private label products. 

The Outcome The first wave of tracking showed our client's internationalization was working and their products were appealing to a bigger audience. After more than a year, the client saw a rise in market share and profits.

Oral Care Manufacturer.

The Need
Our client was looking for a sales team to promote their private label capabilities to produce Oral Care products outside of their natural market. 

Our Approach
We're developing a new client base for their private label business for Retail and Contract manufacturing accounts outside of EU market.

The Outcome
Currently expanding their market reach to Private Label projects into USA, Canada and Latin America.

Reinvent their product output after COVID-19 outbreak, and offer retail size products for personal sanitization and hygiene.

Find placement opportunities for client's brand and also private label within the US & EU market, by targeting to the immediate need that COVID-19 outbreak cause of sanitizing products.

Our sales approach has allowed the company to develop targeted communication and product range for the Retail segment.

The Need An established Personal care brand in Mexico wanted to understand opportunities and barriers to expand their portfolio to Colombia.

Our Approach Our regional analysis was able to show a clear ROI opportunity for the brand across the specific cities in Colombia. The research also gave the Commercial team additional data to better target future sales efforts in the region. 

The Outcome The work provided clear recommendations for future brand penetration in Colombia and market development.

The Need An established Personal care brand in Netherlands wanted to understand opportunities and barriers to expand their portfolio to other EU countries.

The Need Expand their market scope into different product categories, by innovation and portfolio changes.

The Outcome Brand's unique aromas being tested on different products across the board, with innovative applications and 'outside the box thinking' ideas. Our insight have helped the brand understand the perceptions that drive their category usage and how to leverage that to help build a successful market share.  

New US Beauty Care brand

The Need Basically, to find an accelerator program that allows startup businesses to grow rapidly by providing them with a source of information, access to investment, opportunities to network with other businesses, and access to niche markets. 

Our Approach We reached out to Amazon's Accelerator Program, for a business boost. Amazon already has an impressive collection of over 125 private label brands, and it’s growing rapidly with sights set on 17 product categories. Individual brand growth and sales are high as well, mostly owing to cheaper prices for comparable products.

The Outcome Expanded the brand's business thru the retail giant, accompanying brand efforts that were happening on their online presence thru Social media.

The Need
Introduce products created with common sense and practicality, highly effective for the hygiene routine of our body and our home.

Our Approach
Find placement opportunities for client's brand within the US market, by targeting to the immediate need that COVID-19 outbreak for on-the-go sanitizing products and wet wipes.. 

The Outcome
On hold. Delay in launching the product portfolio, due to over-saturation in the sanitizer market. Revision by 2021.

The Need Our client wanted to focus on marketing and selling one of it's end products: hand dryers of extremely high quality adapted to the needs of every customer.

Our Approach We conducted a sales mapping among their existing international leads; in order to: 1. Identify the key themes that drive choice. 2. Overlay how effectively each product feature delivers against the sales map. 3. Identify stretch areas where they could extend their brand footprint 4. Establish untapped white space areas of the markets that are open to own.

The Outcome Our client was able to identify the key motivations within the market as well as the existing strengths of the brand in their portfolio. Using this information, they were quickly able to identify the unique clients, to develop a laser-focused sales strategy that was unique for their brand.

The Outcome
We identified demand needs in EU region, where the customers are looking for origin story coffee. We also helped them determine their price strategy and brand positioning on the international markets.

The Need
Kick off their presence in Mexico market, offering their solutions from a complete natural and clean label range of fruit and vegetable products with the highest quality standard.

Our Approach
Offer its complete range of products close to a homemade food, of natural and organic origin within different channels in the Mexican market: retailers, wholesalers, distributors, nurseries, online, etc .; positioning them as an affordable high quality product, with greater transparency around production and sourcing.

International Fish Food producer 

The Need
Enhance their international presence as a leader in the fish food market for its quality and value proposition, and to understand the local regulations on the different markets to export their products.

Our Approach
Find placement opportunities for client's brand within the Latin America, USA & EU market, by story telling of the brand's strength on the protection of nature, the environment and natural resources.

The Outcome
We were able to create +500 leads for the client, but due to worldwide pandemic situation, there was no immediate opportunity to close a project in the short term. Client was able to learn about international markets and decided to hold their expansion until situation stabilizes.

Baby Cloth Diaper company

The Need Disposable diapers are undeniably more convenient, but they're costly. The brand wanted to investigate purchasing habits of consumers across the world as well as test how its brand and product might resonate with new markets. 

Our Approach We conducted online research for new leads (retailers, online stores, B2B) in major cities across +8 countries where respondents qualified if they had a certain income, mind set and way of life to expand client's brand presence.

The Outcome The research was used to inform brand owners of the opportunity within new international markets and new consumers.

Bioenergy company

The Need
To evaluate their position in the international markets, identify new market opportunities and test the potential appeal of expanding their business. 

Our Approach We conducted a massive approach to potential buyers in Latin America and USA in order to evaluate their position in the bioenergy market for their gasification and solar panels solutions. We were able to identify new potential clients, explore the effectiveness of offering their solutions abroad

The Outcome The sales efforts helped to inform their board members of the international sales plan and encourage a clearer understanding of the portfolio amongst these new markets. It also allowed our client to refine and optimise their brand messaging to ensure maximum reach with the target audience. 

International eSignature Firm 

The Need Enhance their international presence as a world leader of productivity in business transactions with the most innovative eSignature solution, and to understand the local regulations on the different markets.

Our Approach In six month's time, we launched the most aggressive cold calling sales initiative to bring their intuitive eSignature solution to the USA and Latin American markets. 

The Outcome
In a short period of time, with a low risk operation, the client had proof of the needed regulations to consolidate their solution for the international approach.

Global A.I. high-tech company

The Need Expand their market scope to Latin America and USA, offering deep learning technology to assist in medical image diagnosis with efficient and accurate solutions.

Our Approach Promote client's demo platform on Hospitals and Image diagnostic centers within the region in order to identify opportunities and the risks they might face.

The Outcome Client learned that Latin American countries have the capacity to harness the full potential of A.I., however, due to social and economic limitations, little investment has been made in government, industry and research to advance in A.I. making it a very difficult market to approach. Sole focus on USA was suggested instead.
